Here I am almost 5 months later, slowly down from wedding season to a more normal schedule and getting to think about sharing some of the journey so far with my pregnancy! It’s been a whirlwind, in the most amazing way. After trying for several months, along with a miscarriage, I realized how hard pregnancy can be and started to appreciate so many of my friends journey’s. Some still trying, some who have experienced loss and some that have some amazing beautiful babes running around and who are all star moms. We all have our own unique journeys and I feel blessed to be on mine now. Looking back on when I found out in October we were so excited but we were also cautious after going through a miscarriage just earlier in the year. I started to dream and plan but held back just a little knowing I wanted to get through that first 12 weeks. After a little bit of nauseous, lots of naps and cranking out one of the busiest times of year for me… 12 weeks was there and things were looking amazing! Since it was around mid december we would be announcing we decided to do a holiday theme! I wanted to share a couple of those photos … Keep scrolling to hear all about our gender reveal!

Gender Reveal!!! I knew I wanted to do something with canon poppers after seeing many photos and videos of such a fun moment! We decided to not find out, and have a trusted friend get our results. Us, alongside our closest friends and family gathered to find out…. Are we having a BOY or a GIRL!
I had all the symptoms they say points to a girl but I truly thought blue would be the color that popped out. Then and even until now I crave SWEETS, fruits, desserts, candies. Pre pregnancy I wasn’t much of a dessert person so its funny how that has changed.
