Brigid + Ian, The Cove Eleuthera {Bahamas}

The love story of Brigid and Ian is beautiful in so many ways. I cannot tell you how honored I was to capture this purely magical destination wedding for two amazing people. When I asked Brigid and Ian what they were most excited for on this big day… they had the most beautiful words to share. “We are so excited to celebrate the joining of our lives with our marriage. To be able to spend it and celebrate with our favorite people in the world is the greatest gift.”

Arriving to The Cove, is heaven. The bluest of waters, the pops of white cottages amongst the green, the sunset over the cliffs…. You just feel as if you are in a dream. We had a chance to shoot a few pre wedding shots around the property, before heading to a welcome party under the stars. After a night of gathering with friends and family, exchanging stories about the couple, cocktails and music, the big day arrived! It was a gorgeous summer day. Brigid got ready with her girls by her side, as they sipped champagne and listened to music. We found some of Ian’s groomsmen jumping the cliffs into the water, so fun! I mean, it can’t get any better right?

As the sun started to set Brigid and Ian were wed, overlooking the beautiful water of the Bahamas. I cannot tell you how stunning every single detail of this day was, so I will just have to share them with a glimpse into their love story. A love story as Brigid said “is what most people wait a lifetime to find… Our story gives other people hope that true love for a lifetime does exist. We saved each others hearts and with everyday we are together our love grows, molds and makes each of us a better person because of one another.”
