Where do I begin! Michaela and Matt’s Castle Hill Inn wedding was like that out of a fairytale. An intimate wedding day amongst their closest friends and family members on one of the most gorgeous evenings two Thursday’s ago today. I couldn’t have been more honored to head north to capture their love story. New England this time of year is just beautiful. The flowers are in full bloom, a cool breeze in the air and the most gorgeous sunsets. We started the wedding week off with a little downtown Newport exploring….

Then the big day arrived. The whole day was filled with such a relaxed vibe. Both Michaela and Matt were just so happy to be marrying each other and be around their loved ones. After the ceremony we headed to the Castle Hill Inn where their guests enjoyed cocktail hour on the lawn overlooking the bay where the sun was setting. I mean, what a gorgeous evening! The cliffs, ocean breeze, the lighthouse in the background, the golden light shining over the lawn… SWOON! I hope these images recreate just how beautiful of a day these two had to start of their journey in life together.
